Build it clean. Own it completely.
Clean static sites, managed hosting, and privacy hardening — for people who'd rather own their infrastructure than rent someone else's surveillance.
This costs a little more, and takes a little longer than the surveillance-funded alternative. That's the point.
Everything I build, you own — fully, with no lock-in and no tracking baked in. No analytics phoning home, no data quietly harvested, no hostage-taking if you ever want to leave. You can verify it yourself: this very page loads from one place and tracks nothing. consent > convenience, always.
Three things, done well.
Managed VPS & Hosting
Two simple choices decide your price: how much you want me to handle, and whose server it lives on. You can own everything — including the hosting account itself.
1 · How much do you want handled? Self-Managed (I set up, you drive) · Fully-Managed (I keep it running)
2 · Whose server? Your own hosting account (you own it, zero lock-in) · My infrastructure (one bill, you never touch a dashboard)
| On your own account ★ | On my infrastructure | |
|---|---|---|
| Self-Managed | $35 one-time I provision, secure, deploy, hand you keys + docs. You own the account and pay the host directly. Then I'm out — nothing recurring. ★ Most sovereign — you own everything | $35/mo Same setup, but it lives on my server, so the fee covers the box staying alive. You still drive day-to-day. |
| Fully-Managed | $110/mo You own the hosting account; I handle everything on it — monitoring, patching, updates, backups, SSL, minor tweaks. | $140/mo Fully hands-off. My server, my management. One bill, you never open a terminal or a hosting dashboard. |
"Managed" covers keeping your existing site running, secure, and current — including up to ~30 min/month of small content edits (text, prices, image swaps). New pages, features, and redesigns are builds, quoted separately. Backups run daily, kept 30 days. Self-Managed: if something breaks and you'd like me to step in, that's billed hourly. Recurring plans are month-to-month — cancel with 30 days' notice and take everything with you.
Discuss a plan →Clean Static Site Builds
Fast, lightweight, zero-telemetry sites. No bloat, no plugins phoning home, no visitors leaked to ad networks. The kind of site that loads instantly and respects whoever lands on it.
Final price depends on whether your content is ready and how much design work is involved. Includes the initial build plus 2 revision rounds — each round being one batched set of changes, available for 30 days after delivery. Build begins once your content is received. Further revisions billed hourly. You own everything I deliver, fully.
Start a build →Privacy & Telemetry Hardening
Most sites and devices leak constantly — to ad networks, analytics, and trackers nobody agreed to. I find what's leaking, stop it, and hand you back a stack you actually own. This is the work I care about most.
Scoped to one named target — a site, a server, a machine — defined in writing before I start. I harden against known, identifiable exposure as of the engagement date. I don't sell compliance certification (SOC 2, ISO) and can't promise the future — but I can hand you back something measurably more private than I found it.
Book an audit →No fine print games.
You own your work
The site, the code, the configuration — it's yours to keep, modify, or move elsewhere. The reusable templates and tooling behind it stay mine to use across projects.
No lock-in
Leave whenever you want. I'll hand off everything you need for a clean exit — no hostage-taking, no friction.
Month-to-month
Recurring plans cancel with 30 days' notice. Nobody gets trapped in a contract they've outgrown.
Honest response times
I reply to inquiries within 2 business days. Active client work and support run Monday–Friday. I take a limited number of clients so the work stays good.
What I will and won't take on
I will not build tracking, telemetry, or silent data-aggregation systems. That's the opposite of everything this is about.
I focus on clean static sites, managed hosting, and privacy work. I don't take on WordPress/CMS builds, SEO or marketing, social media management, or graphic design and branding — I'm glad to point you toward someone who specializes. E-commerce and mobile apps aren't on the menu right now, though that may change. Bring your own branding and content, and I'll build around it.
Tell me what you need.
Send a short note about your project. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit — and if I'm not, I'll try to point you somewhere that is.
